We try not to call ourselves the best one because when you do, you stop improving the business and that’s when the others can catch up to you. We are always trying to improve as a company and not just by buying new equipment but improving the quality of our service and teaching new employees everything we have learned through these 10 years to better the service quality.
We never had a complaint from a customer, we know that we are doing a great job and we know that because nowadays when a new customer comes and we ask them how did they find us, most of the time the answer is that some our previous customer recommended us because he/she was pleased with the service we provided.
Trying out new things
Changing something that is good and working fine is sometimes hard because you can ruin things by changing them. But you can also improve things by changing them and that’s called taking risks. To be at this level of quality service as we are, we had to take some risks along the way. Mostly they always help the business expand and grow further.
They also helped us to reach out to more people, sometimes we get a call from a different city even if that city has its own dumpster rental services. It’s all because people heard from our other happy customers how good is the customer service.
Working with customers from other some city was a risk for us, but we took it and we are happy that we did because it helps the business expand even among other cities.
